Biden Managed a Trifecta of Stupid in His Tulsa Massacre Speech

President Joe Biden traveled to Tulsa Oklahoma on Tuesday to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the 1921 Tulsa Massacre. His comments ranged from the ludicrous to the downright dangerous. We’ll start with the ludicrous.

In the clip below, Biden says: “You turn on the stations… I don’t know many commercials you see … two to three out of five have mixed race couples in them. That’s not by accident. They’re selling soap, man.”

Maybe he meant to say “hope” and mistakenly said “soap.” Perhaps I’m being overly critical and should have compassion for an old man who suffers from dementia. But can America really afford to have a leader with dementia?

This man is going to face Russian President Vladimir Putin in two weeks. And at some point, he’ll meet with the most dangerous, ruthless man on the planet, Xi Jinping.

Moving on, Biden said, “According to the intelligence community, terrorism from white supremacy is the most lethal threat to the homeland today. Not ISIS, not Al Qaeda, white supremacy. That’s not me. That’s the intelligence community.”

Well, if that’s what the intelligence community really concludes, they should all be fired and replaced.

Our President continues: “Look around at hate crimes against Asian Americans and Jewish Americans. Hate never goes away. Hate only hides. … My administration will soon lay out our broader strategy to counter domestic terrorism and the violence driven by the most heinous hate crimes and other forms of bigotry.”

I’m not denying that white supremacy is an evil ideology, but it is far from the most lethal threat we face. The most deadly threats to the U.S. are currently China, Russia, and the violence caused by gangs and the drug cartels which the Biden Administration’s open border policy has just exacerbated. Any threat assessment that leaves out all of the above is disingenuous.

The President needs to take a closer look at the statistics which show that black Americans commit, both proportionately and in number, far more hate crimes against Asian Americans than any other race.

And it’s not only white supremacists who are behind the recent spate of anti-Semitic attacks in the U.S. The flag-bearing, pro-Palestinians we’re seeing in the news don’t look all that white to me.

Consider the blatant anti-Semitic statements coming from Democratic members of the U.S. House of Representatives and the tolerance of those remarks by a large portion of other party members. And, in case Biden was wondering, the world noticed his own rather tepid support of Israel during the recent hostilities with Hamas.

Anti-Semitic sentiment in the U.S. is NOT coming from the Republican Party that Biden’s comments were targeting.

Biden leaves out the Democrats’ war against whites. I would argue that the party’s embrace of wokeism might be the most serious threat of all. It’s certainly done more to divide Americans than anything else.

Biden then makes a very racist, insulting remark, although he won’t be called out for it. He said, “…young black entrepreneurs are just as capable of succeeding given the chance as white entrepreneurs are, but they don’t have lawyers, they don’t have accountants …” This comment is similar in substance to the Democrats’ argument that requiring voters to present ID suppresses the minority vote. This Democratic narrative is based on the assumption that blacks aren’t as smart or as capable as whites. I’ve never understood why blacks aren’t offended by that.

Biden, whose administration has done more to subvert America in less than five months than white supremacists could ever do, should not be lecturing us on what great nations do.

I’ll tell you what great nations don’t do. They don’t try to punish their citizens for atrocities that happened long before they were born. They don’t try to rewrite history. They don’t try to persecute their political enemies. Nor do they base their policy decisions on what will cement their power for generations to come.

The most dangerous threat we face today is our current government.

Less Is Certainly More

I was just reading the news, or at least all of the news I can ingest without experiencing an equal and opposite intestinal reaction, and noticed a highly impactful story from our friends at Fox News about a 47-year-old woman who disappeared last year, only to be “found” by sheriff deputies. She survived a winter in the Utah front range, not exactly the Hilton of outdoor experiences.

How she made it alive through the winter without tons of necessary gear is a mystery (and a great potential embarrassment to any and all professional preppers), but I am guessing that she had some level of physical, mental and emotional preparedness.

The Fox article reports that the woman wasn’t crazy:

Although the woman had struggled to find an adequate food supply over winter, [Sgt. Spencer] Cannon commended her resourcefulness in foraging grass and moss.

Cannon added that the woman’s campsite was well maintained and organized. He also shared that the woman is “very intelligent” and “has held highly respected jobs.”

With apologies to Charlotte (one of my favorite literary characters); my delicate, woven web message would be “some woman”.

Why she attempted it, to me, is the bigger question. The Fox news article explained that “Her motivation was, in part, for solitude and isolation,” Sgt. Spencer Cannon told Fox News in an email.

Wow.  I’ve driven by the Spanish Fork area on several occasions – it’s beautiful and if you would pick a place to starve to death or perish from the elements, you couldn’t find a more perfect landscape.

My lizard cortex jumps to the forefront of my brain and takes control. … Running from? Running to? Running away? Running towards?  Running, running, r.u.n.n.o.f.t. (Oh Brother, extra credit if you remember that line).

Mr. Narrator (interrupts):  “Richard Edward!  Stop! Deep breath! This woman wasn’t running in fear. Read the statement from Sgt. Cannon. She was running towards a better place, a more sane and serene place. She was running towards health and well-being.”

Richard Edward: “Okay, Mr. Narrator. I’ll consider your opinion. … But why risk death and/or being eaten by a bear for a little solitude? C’mon man, there are spas for that kind of thing, aren’t there? Does getting away from it all have to be a death-defying act? What ever happened to quiet and essential oils?”

Mr. Narrator: “Why do you really think she was running, Richard Edward? You think she was looking for just for a little solitude? Look around you and tell me what is happening. I think maybe she was looking for less. Yes, less of the following things.”

“Critical Race Theory is encroaching on every aspect of our lives. If you are white, you are the worst thing since spam was invented. Not guilty about being white? You should be. Just ask any race hustler who is working their corner.”

“Illegal immigrants are now the disadvantaged people of choice – they’re treated better than U.S. citizens. They’re more deserving of government help in difficult times. Just ask the Biden administration. Break the law to get here, no worries, come on down!”

“Mask up, dude! Every local governmental official below the office of county dog catcher governor is exercising their appropriated power to tell you what to do and how to behave in public.”

“Drug addled thugs from Minneapolis are celebrated as heroes. Cops who risk their lives everyday are the new Brownshirts of our society. Is this law and order you can count on to keep you safe?”

“Felons are released back into the community without so much as an overnight stint in the local jail, much less required to post bail. Local DAs are practicing a catch and release program. No chair to sit on when the legal music stops? No problem, just keep playing the game, we’ve got your felonious back.”

“I could go on Richard Edward, but answer me honestly, do you think this woman was comfortable walking the streets of her neighborhood, living daily life in her home, encountering her woke neighbors, the shopkeepers in her community, the roving activists with megaphones bellowing that Black Lives Matter, interacting with any level of her government representatives for assistance while constantly having to be aware of her skin color and supposed privilege?”

Richard Edward: “You mean she was running toward a life without ‘woke’ standards? A lifestyle that used to value people as people, and not as generalized identities based upon skin color and political views?

Mr. Narrator: “Yes Richard Edward. She was running towards sanity. She was running towards a life of truth. She was running towards a life of value, not virtue signals.”

Richard Edward: “We don’t have that kind of community any more. We can’t escape the all-encompassing theory of Critical Race Theory. The woke brigade now rules the planet and our daily behavior.”

Mr. Narrator:  “Richard Edward, you will someday wake up and realize that less truly is more. Less critical race theory, less government rules and regulations, less illegal immigration, less leniency to convicted felons, less government spending, less taxes, less politics, less of everything that steals your individual American rights. Ludwig Mies van der Rohe was considered to be an architectural genius and his Bahus style of design influenced generations of architects. He is synonymous with ‘less is more’. Minimal intrusion, by architecture, on lifestyle.“

Richard Edward: “I get it now. This woman who ran away to a Utah campsite in Spanish Fork is more than an architectural genius. She didn’t run away to build a minimalist building, she ran toward liberty and self-reliance. She ran away from a life in the popular culture gulag and toward a life of independence. She ran toward freedom.”

If you think that a life in the wilderness could be better than a life in the Democrat-controlled matrix, please leave Richard Edward and Mr. Narrator a comment about why.

Black Iowa Professor Tries to Limit Interactions with ‘Yt People as Much as Possible’

Advertisements

The compassionate left insists that anti-white racism is impossible. Iowa State University professor Dr. Rita Mookerjee, who teaches sociology, gives us yet one more reason why that’s not true.

In a February Twitter post, @RitaMookjee, a.k.a. Dr. Rita Repulsa, responds to an invitation to speak on a student government “Diversity and Inclusion panel” the following month. She writes: “Lately, I try to limit my interactions with yt people as much as possible. I can’t with the self-importance and performance esp during Black History month.”

Campus Reform, which reported this story, explains that “the term ‘yt’ is often used online in place of the word “white” in conversations involving race.”

In October, she tweeted: “whyte men with dirty hair and wrinkled clothes will always be liked and higher ranked” and “Someone called me white the other day so #NewProfilePic because I think the f**k not.”

Now, pardon me for saying so, but these tweets tell me that Dr. Rita Repulsa does not like whites. And she’s not alone. Not even a little bit.

In fact, among some extremely liberal groups, we’re even seeing white people turning against white people.

After catching a glimpse of the young man behind the Boulder, Colorado, grocery store shooting in March, liberals took to Twitter to express their rage at the evil white man. Most of these tweets were quickly deleted when the shooter was identified as Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa, a Syrian-born Muslim.

Hemal Jhaveri, USA Today’s ironically named “Race and Inclusion” editor, was very upset after seeing that an angry white man had killed 10 innocents. In response to a tweet posted by Deadspin writer Emily Julia DiCaro, which said, “Extremely tired of people’s lives depending on whether a white man with an AR-15 is having a good day or not,” she wrote, “It’s always an angry white man. Always.” Once she realized she’d been mistaken, she promptly deleted it. I posted about this story here.

Recently, even the U.S. government has jumped on the bandwagon. The $1.9 trillion COVID relief package “offers socially disadvantaged farm owners total debt forgiveness of up to hundreds of thousands of no-strings dollars per farmer. But white men needn’t apply. … It limits aid to racial groups who faced historic discrimination.”

The New York Post’s Betsy McCaughey wrote that this measure had been proposed by Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA). He “says it will make up for years of discrimination.”

Last month, I wrote (here) about two Harvard neurologists who practice at Boston’s Brigham and Women’s hospital. They have a plan to prioritize healthcare for POC. They hope to offer “preferential care based on race.” It calls for an “antiracist agenda for medicine” based on critical race theory.

Even Canada is on board. Last month, Hamilton Public Health (Ontario) announced that “COVID-19 vaccine appointments are now available for Black and other racialized populations/people of colour.”

Although people have become more vocal about expressing their anti-white sentiment since the death of George Floyd, anti-white bias is not new.

Two years ago, Professor Philip Carl Salzman wrote an article entitled, “The War Against White People” in Minding the Campus, in which he makes the case that “anti-white hate is now mainstream American culture” and “not just by racial extremists such as Black Lives Matter.”

He described Webster University’s new “safe space” that would be offered that fall “for recovering white people to admit that they are, by virtue of being white, anti-black racists. Only whites are welcome in these meetings, where students can confess to their racism and their white privilege. Note that it is presumed that being racist is simply part of Caucasian DNA, and since “students of color” can’t be racist, they have no need to go to such meetings.”

Salzman asks, “How did we get to this place, in which hating white people, the majority of Americans, not to mention wishing them all murdered, is deemed a virtue? The answer is that our liberal democratic culture emphasizing individual freedom and equality has transitioned, particularly among university and media elites in large cities and on the coasts, to a new culture that classifies and treats people by race, gender, sexuality, and ethnicity.”

“This ‘social justice’ culture replaces the individual with census categories and ranks these categories on a hierarchy of power and a converse hierarchy of virtue. Categories are distinguished between those with power, which are oppressor categories, and those without, which are victim categories.”

Anti-white racism is not a myth. It’s real and it’s becoming too big to ignore.

DemoCats and Other Radical Creatures

Lately, it’s been getting crowded in my house or at least it seems like it. At first, it was just me and the fourth First Lady. Then, and almost without fanfare, I noticed that an alter-ego had arrived. Not too inconvenient, but he (for those of you who care, Mr. Narrator’s pronouns remain officially undeclared) did impinge upon my time and was seen to be taking up space in the landscape of my thoughts. Okay, still a livable arrangement and the fourth first doesn’t seem to mind. But ‘it’ eventually happened. After a  year of two of skirting the issue, the fourth first popped the question: “Since your allergies are under control, can we get a cat? All Russian households, at least ‘real’ Russian households, have a cat.”

Panic. Last time I checked the atlas (for you younger readers, it’s a book of maps – not a god or a bodybuilder), Arizona isn’t anywhere close to Russia. Okay, we’re not a Russian household but the fourth first lady is Russian and that trumps all other geographical arguments. (Did I mention that Russians tend to be somewhat intransigent personalities?)

Renewed panic. If forced to declare a preference, I am a dog person. Conservatives are dog people. How do I know? Dogs are loyal, affectionate, smart (sometimes) and (mostly) reliable. Some of them are even classified as ‘working’ dogs, dogs that can even carry alcohol in kegs under their chins. How much more ‘conservative’ can you get?

Cats, ugh. Cats are the animals of the 1%. The ones with which I am familiar have been distant, dispassionate, aloof, elite, distrusting, self-interested, the kind of animal that never gives back, a creature that only takes …

Mr. Narrator (interrupts):  “Richard Edward, stop. You are denigrating an entire species of animal. It’s unfair and unsubstantiated, too. Additionally, you are anthropomorphizing, painting an entire species of animal with the broad brush of ‘identify’ classification. Don’t you realize how racist, how divisive and polarizing that kind of process appears?”

Richard Edward: “Mr. Narrator, wait, wait.  Zoologists always use the classification system when talking about animals. That’s what I learned in school. It is how we can discuss wonderful animals in general and then those other animals, like cats, in particular.”

Mr. Narrator: (sighs) “Richard Edward, you are so ‘not woke’. Critical Race Theory teaches us that everything you learned in school, every value you were taught to respect, everything in your everyday life is simply based in white privilege and formulated to support white supremacy. You think dogs are okay and cats are so-so? Racist! Why is the love of dogs racist? Dogs were used to hunt down escaped slaves. See, I am sure that’s why you like dogs. On the other hand, cats have independent attitudes, are owned by no one. Cats exhibit the ultimate anti-slavery, anti-racist animal attitude. Your white supremist attitude is really why you don’t like cats.”

“Your assignment of negative, humanlike traits to cats is nothing more than your effort to marginalize a noble species. You are so mired in white privilege that you cannot see beyond your white schooling and the old, white-designed scientific methods, promulgated by dead, white-guys with science degrees.”

Mr. Narrator is considerably younger than I and his school experience more recent. I’ll have to take his word that what is being taught in schools is quite different than my old curriculum. How in the blazes did this newfangled thinking get introduced into our culture and quite honestly, who is crazy enough to believe it?

Then it dawns on me. This is simply an extension of what I’ve been reading about in the news. White privilege is everywhere and it’s responsible for everything that is wrong.

Of course, with power like that, why wouldn’t CRT be used for framing our daily experience? Got to go to the doctor? Don’t worry about making an appointment. You will be seen, not in the order of your arrival at the office but based upon your race. My colleague Elizabeth Vaughn has written about the proposed new medical triage process.

Think its only happening here? If you are white, just try to get a vaccine appointment in the city of Hamilton, Ontario in Canada. Maybe that trip across the border needs to be delayed.

The new-think of CRT demands that white, privileged people remember their place at all times and in all circumstances. Don’t believe me?

Take sports (yes, please take them, especially football). The NFL, where the top four highest paid players (quarterbacks) are black, is now racist, according to some sport analyst. Why? Maybe white quarterback prospects are being scouted and drafted ahead of players of color because of the racist owners and team management. Really?

Race is certainly taken front and center stage in what’s left of the mind of the President of the United States, resulting in his comments about equity in the administration of COVID vaccines between white seniors of those seniors of color. Not to be outdone in the vaccine race (pun intended), the President is pushing for grants, through his department of education, that would fund the teaching of CRT in American schools. As reported by Fox news:

The rule would funnel federal grant money to help schools teach the New York Times’ controversial 1619 Project by controversial essayist Nikole Hannah-Jones and Boston University Director of the Center for Anti-Racist Research Director Ibram Kendi’s book, How to Be an Anti-Racist into K-12 school curriculums.

Wow, identify politics and race has seeped into the very fabric of our lives.

Mr. Narrator: “Be careful Richard Edward, you just made another racist reference; ‘cotton’, the material that commercially used to be known as the ‘fabric’ of our lives.  Remember who used to pick that cotton, Richard Edward. Now do you see how complete CRT can be? All you have to do is submit to seeing everything through the lens of race and assume that anything you know or understand is evil, and you really don’t have to go to school to learn this, all you need is attitude.”

Richard Edward: “Mr. Narrator, how do we unwind this? I know in my knower that the values I was taught are not bad, that my commitment to view people’s character instead of the skin color is the proper way to treat my fellow human beings. We’ve got to stop this crazy indoctrination.”

Mr. Narrator: “I am glad you asked Richard Edward. Once again, your editor and colleague Ms. Elizabeth is out in front on this. We are finally seeing a sane politician and geo-political entity pushing back on having this nonsense taught in our communities. You won’t be surprised or disappointed that it’s a red state. Who knows, maybe some other bastions of rational thought won’t be far behind once they see how Idaho fares. (Arizona, Governor Ducey, looking at you).

Richard Edward: “I hope the law passes Mr. Narrator. I want to see equality of opportunity in my beautiful America. I don’t like the radical actors in the U.S. pushing these irrational theories on everyone, trying to negate traditional conservative values, values of faith.”

So, as I sit back and ponder the sad state of race theory that’s undermining my beautiful America, the attack on my neighbors and fellow citizens by those who would divide and destroy based upon the insane radical theory of white supremacy and white privilege, I see from the corner of my eye my new cat walk by on her way to her food bowl, glancing disdainfully back at me from over her shoulder, slowly sauntering by my office, taking in the entirety of her new kingdom. Well, at least one of us in the house understands the concept of privilege.

If you think that the ideas of white supremacy, white privilege, CRT and other race-based politics are causing an American Crisis, please leave me a comment.

Hate Crime at Michigan College Turns Into a Hate Hoax After Black Student Admits Responsibility

Advertisements
Photo Credit: Image by OpenClipart-Vectors from Pixabay

Last weekend, residents of an Albion College dorm found racist and anti-Semitic graffiti had been written on several walls in the building. The graffiti included messages such as “white lives matter,” “white power,” and “666 on top of a Star of David, alongside “let’s kill all N*****.” This hate crime quickly became a hate hoax after the artist turned out to be a black student.

Via video evidence, the perpetrator was quickly identified. MLive, a local Michigan media outlet, reported that Albion police brought the 21-year-old student in for questioning. He admitted to writing the messages.

Albion Police Chief Scott Kipp told MLive that once the investigation has been completed, “the information will be submitted to the Calhoun County Prosecutor’s Office for any charges related to the incident.”

Before it was revealed that a black student was responsible for this “hate crime,” students were said to be so shaken, they hosted a campus boycott and held a march. WWMT News reported that “some students say they don’t feel safe on campus over recent racial incidents.”

Even after the student was identified, the college’s administration continued to coddle the children. They sent out a series of tweets to let them know they will heal together. The college’s faculty and staff wanted students to know they’re taking action to repair their community and that they have the student’s backs.

I tell you what. Any student who needs “healing” because somebody wrote “white lives matter” on a wall in their dorm better grow up fast because they are no longer children.

This minor incident is a microcosm of what’s taken place across America. Universities have done the country a huge disservice by brainwashing a whole generation of students into believing their woke BS. If you teach a child fear and intolerance, they will become afraid and intolerant.

Candace Owens discussed this issue recently on Fox News’ “Life Liberty and Levin.” She made the very smart recommendation that Americans should stop donating to their alma maters because we are directing funding this twisted, nefarious mindset. I think that is a brilliant idea. And that’s just the start.

Earlier today, we identified the individual responsible for the racist and anti-Semitic graffiti in Mitchell Towers. The student, who was acting alone, acknowledged their responsibility for these incidents (1/5)

They have been immediately removed from campus and placed on temporary suspension while we conduct a full investigation as part of our student judicial process. (2/5)

But we know the acts of racism that have occurred this week are not about one particular person or one particular incident. We know that there is a significant history of racial pain and trauma on campus and we are taking action to repair our community. (3/5)

We will change and heal together as a community, because we are committed to doing the work. (4/5)

Right now, we encourage all members of our community to listen, respond and care for one another, and lean on the faculty, staff, and community members who have been gathering today to make sure we are supporting you. We have your back. (5/5)

Billiards and the Inherent Racism of Eight Ball

Advertisements
Photo Credit: Image by Eduardo Saint Jean from Pixabay

Sometimes a game really is just a game (or should be).

Race relationships and racial issues/themes have been front and center since the death of George Floyd. American cities burned last summer. Police officers, local, state and federal, faced more physical harm from “mostly peaceful” race-focused protestors than I can recall seeing in recent years. Lives were lost and homes and businesses were destroyed.

Residents in neighborhoods across America lived in fear of riots. Heightened sensitivity to racial issues became the order of the day. Organizations like Black Lives Matter and antifa, aided by the establishment media, made sure everyone got the message of the new, woke racial catechism. You can read more about this in a recent post from my colleague, Elizabeth Vaughn, entitled, “The Introduction of Race as a Central Issue in American Politics Can Be Traced to an Aug 2019 Staff Meeting at The NY Times,” which discusses how racial issues were force-fed into the American political environment.

As I took my lazy Sunday afternoon to relax and unwind, I wandered over to the billiard table, which actually resides in my dining room. Picking up a cue, I turned to Mr. Narrator and with the forced nonchalance of someone who knows he will win, offered up a game of Eight Ball. To my satisfaction, he agreed. So here I am, ready to relax and enjoy the day, perhaps give my mind a chance to be completely away from the soul crushing, joyless and extraordinarily bleak state of race, the economy, politics and life-under-the-mask in today’s America.

Richard Edward: “Mr. Narrator, lets ignore the little observed rule of pocketing the 1 and 15 balls in their respective right and left corner pockets before the rest in the string. Let’s just play stripes and solids.”

(Truth be told, neither of us are good enough players to be sticklers about the minutiae of the game.)

Richard Edward: “Mr. Narrator, you are only seven balls plus the eight away from kicking my tail.  Let’s see if you can do it this time”.

Mr. Narrator: “Richard Edward, I got you this time. I’ve been reading up about and learning about the Euclidean, spherical, and hyperbolic geometries. I’ve got the angles and spins all figured out. You are toast this time around, dude.”

I admit to being more than a little impressed. Mr. Narrator has never been much for homework or sounded so confident.

Balls are racked, Mr. Narrator takes the white cue ball and prepares to break. I notice the black eight ball is where it is supposed to be, in the center of the rack, surrounded by the other balls with their beautiful colorful stipes or rich solids. A beautiful array of diverse colors and patterns, all included in an organized structure, a pyramid, with all balls touching and supporting one another in their group.

In an instant, my lazy escape-from-reality-afternoon evaporates into a thought-provoking metaphor of life, sitting squarely in my living room.  What in blazes, I can’t even play pool without the issues of race, diversity and inclusion intruding upon my game? I don’t ever want to be woke, at least ‘that’ woke.

I tell Mr. Narrator to hold on, we may have to postpone the game until we are able to fully understand the intersectionality of the color and shape of the balls, their numbers and how they are treated within the existing rules of the game. Not to mention the color of the table (black) and of the felt (gray) on the playing surface. And what about the very idea of hitting one ball with another just to bury it a pocket, to be discarded and forgotten for the remainder of the game; tossed away like its life doesn’t matter.

Mr. Narrator: “Richard Edward, you’re just scared to play me now that I’ve got the knowledge to crush you like the billiard bug you are.”

Richard Edward: “Mr. Narrator, it might be a different issue. I am white, using a blond cue. (Never having considered it before, I am not really certain about Mr. Narrator’s ethnicity). Might I be showing my white privilege if we play this game without regard to the societal implications involved? Am I woke enough to play this game?”

Mr. Narrator: “Wha…?”

Richard Edward: (Interrupts) “Mr. Narrator, just stop. Consider what you are doing. You are pounding on a white ball for each shot in the game, pummeling other balls of color and decoration; all the while purposefully avoiding the black ball until the very last shot in the game. You start by segregating the balls into two tribes, based solely upon their appearance.”

“Once you choose a preferred tribe, you ignore the other tribe completely, focusing only on the elimination of the tribe you have chosen. Once you have successfully eliminated the tribe you have chosen, you turn your focus to the elimination of the black ball. You always have to use the white ball. Only then do you get to pick which ball you hit and in what order.”

“You have complete control and nowhere does it say that you can’t smash one ball into side cushion or the other balls, even the ones you don’t care about. You can cause total chaos on the table. The balls can’t hit back. There is no place for them to hide. You own them and they are completely at your mercy. And when the game is over, you coldly rip the balls from their place of rest and set them up to be used, again and again.”

Mr. Narrator: “Richard Edward, you are more in need of a vacation from popular culture than any person I know. You do realize that not everything in life has a racial denominator don’t you? Sometimes a game is just a game.”

Mr. Narrator steps to the table and breaks open the rack with his first shot. The game is on.

If you think that the woke idea of white privilege and its attendant bogeymen of diversity and inclusion is causing an American Crisis, please leave a comment for Richard Edward to ponder.

USA Today Fires ‘Race and Inclusion’ Editor For Anti-White Tweet; She Blames Sean Hannity, Alt-Right Twitter in Public Letter

Advertisements
Photo Credit: Image by mjimages from Pixabay

After catching a glimpse of the young man behind Monday’s Boulder, Colorado, grocery store shooting, liberals took to Twitter to express their rage at the evil white man.

But the damage was done, and on Tuesday morning, Jhaveri was fired. She wrote a public letter which she published on Medium to tell the world about the great injustice she’d just suffered.

Here are some of the highlights:

“I am no longer employed at USA TODAY, a company that was my work home for almost eight years. On Monday night, I sent a tweet responding to the fact that mass shooters are most likely to be white men. It was a dashed off over-generalization, tweeted after pictures of the shooter being taken into custody surfaced online. It was a careless error of judgment, sent at a heated time, that doesn’t represent my commitment to racial equality. I regret sending it. I apologized and deleted the tweet.”

“There was social media outrage, threats and harassment towards me, and by the end of the day, USA TODAY had relieved me of my position as a Race and Inclusion editor. I wish I were more surprised by it, but I’m not. Some part of me has been waiting for this to happen because I can’t do the work I do and write the columns I write without invoking the ire and anger of alt-right Twitter.”

“I had always hoped that when that moment inevitably came, USA TODAY would stand by me and my track record of speaking the truth about systemic racism. That, obviously, did not happen.”

“My previous tweets were flagged not for inaccuracy or for political bias, but for publicly naming whiteness as a defining problem. That is something USA TODAY, and many other newsrooms across the country, cannot tolerate.”

“Like many BIPOC [black, Indigenous and people of color] writers in newsrooms, I’ve also dealt with the constant micro-aggressions and outright racist remarks from the majority white staff.”

“On two separate occasions, I was asked to edit a piece on young black golfers, but warned not to use language that would alienate white audiences.”

“There’s also the USA TODAY Sports editor, who, upon learning his daughter was going to marry an Indian man only spoke to me to ask questions about what it was like to be Indian never about my beat as an NHL writer.”

“This is not about bias, or keeping personal opinions off of Twitter. It’s about challenging whiteness and being punished for it. … Like many places, USA TODAY values ‘equality and inclusion,’ but only as long as it knows its rightful place, which is subservient to white authority.”

“White USA TODAY reporters have been able to minimize racialized people in print, our white Editor-In-Chief was thoughtless about black face, and a senior politics editor (also white) showed disregard for journalistic ethics by hosting a tax payer funded reception for Trump appointees. All kept their jobs. Sending one wrong tweet that ended up in the hands of Sean Hannity on Fox News though, was enough for this publication to turn tail. So many newsrooms claim to value diverse voices, yet when it comes to backing them up, or looking deeper into how white supremacy permeates their own newsrooms, they quickly retreat.”

Doesn’t sound like she’s learned anything from this experience, does it? Readers?

Syracuse University Professor: Maybe conservatism ‘is just a euphemism for white supremacy and … white rage’

Syracuse University religion professor Biko Gray was one of three panelists at an event hosted by Louisiana State University called “Race, Religion and the Moment We’re In: The Religion of White Rage.” An LSU statement said its purpose was to “shed light on the phenomenon of white rage and map out the uneasy relationship between white anxiety, religious fervor, American identity and perceived Black racial progress,” according to Campus Reform.

Gray told the group: “Maybe conservatism, away from being a financial and economic and political policy, is just a euphemism for white supremacy and its affective variant; white rage.”

Yeah, or maybe it’s just a financial and economic and political policy, Professor Gray.

I have the feeling it won’t be long before conservatism is no longer just a “euphemism” for white supremacy and white rage, but its very definition.

The event statement quoted LSU professor Stephen Finley, who was also a panelist: “Religion is a source of connection and community for many Americans; however, it is also the primary motivating factor for the rise of white rage and white supremacist sentiment in the United States. The Capitol insurrection is the latest example of this. In this episode, we will hone in on this relationship between White apprehension, race and religion, and their subsequent effects on communities of color and the struggle for equality.”

The left finds a way to make everything about race. The Capitol riot had nothing to do with race. A large majority of Trump supporters, myself included, believe that fraud may have altered the outcome of the presidential election.

LSU sociology professor Lori Martin was the third panelist.

The three professors collaborated on the book which inspired the event. It was entitled, “The Religion of White Rage: Religious Fervor, White Workers and the Myth of Black Racial Progress.” The authors claim that “white religious fervor correlates to notions of perceived white loss and perceived black progress.” They argue, “It is not economics but religion and race that stand as the primary motivating factors for the rise of white rage and white supremacist sentiment in the United States.”

Finley described Martin’s portion of the book as a “brilliant analysis of how anger functions and fluctuates figuratively in and through the bodies of White women.”

He said his own chapter addresses “what we now call ‘Karens,’ White women who called the cops on Black men in an attempt to pretty much get them killed.”

In his remarks, Gray called out Louisiana State Rep. Ray Garofalo, who had expressed concern over this event, as well as Campus Reform. He said, “here we are, three black scholars, and no matter how much tenure we get, how much money we get paid, we will always be in a situation of precocity when it comes to discourses, when it comes to this particular country. That’s white rage and we started working on this text long before Ray Garofalo knew who we were or we started getting emails from Campus Reform.”

Campus Reform reached out to LSU for a comment on this seminar. The university’s media relations director Ernie Ballard told them that events hosted by the university do not “represent an official view or statement from the university. … The overarching goal is to inform and educate students, expose them to new ideas, and teach them critical-thinking skills.”

This is how it happens. I don’t recall liberal teachers or college professors forcing their political opinions upon us when I was in school, but that was a long time ago.

By the time my children were in school, the shift had begun. Even at the junior high school level, they knew that if they wrote an essay with a liberal slant, they would receive a higher grade. It was in college where this dynamic was most apparent.

It’s been more recently, however, that the battle lines have been drawn and the subtleties have been replaced by conspicuous efforts to indoctrinate our children.

All conservative white people are racists. They are vile and contemptible because they have suppressed blacks since 1619. Last night, Democratic Rep. Rashida Tlaib of Michigan provided a textbook example of this thinking. I posted about it here. She was making the case before her House colleagues for D.C. statehood. Of course, the real reason Democrats are fighting for D.C. statehood is because it would hand their party two extra senators, which would tilt control of the upper chamber of Congress to the left.

Tlaib immediately pulls out the race card to make her ostensible argument:

In opposing D.C. statehood … these representatives and their dark money backers over at the Heritage Foundation [a conservative think tank] — that’s right — are telling over 700,000 Americans to sit down, shut up, and enjoy this authoritarian system implemented by a bunch of elites who thought it was OK to enslave people for their selfish monetary gain hundreds of years ago. … It is shameful that anyone would claim to support democracy and freedom and oppose statehood.

Unlike white conservatives, white liberals are enlightened. Though they may suffer from some inherent racism, they atone for it by their good works on behalf of blacks.

Blacks in America are not victims. They have never had more opportunities available to them than they do today. If there is a country that is less inherently racist, where blacks may have a greater likelihood of success, I am not aware of it.

If blacks are looking for a group to blame for their perceived oppression, they should look no further than the Democrats who have used public aid as a means to maintain control over them for generations. (Please read: “Michelle Obama Gets it Terribly Wrong in Her Commencement Address and Exposes the Root of the Racial Divide.”)

These three professors need to be canceled, at once, for thrusting this misguided rubbish into our children’s classrooms.

Note: Readers, I would love to hear your comments on this topic.

Michelle Obama Gets it Terribly Wrong in Her Commencement Address and Exposes the Root of the Racial Divide

After reading Victor Davis Hanson’s new column in which he makes the case that “we have become an absurd society obsessed with race” which I excerpted here, I was reminded of a virtual speech delivered by former First Lady Michelle Obama to “2020 graduates.” Her words exposed the root of the racial divide. I was especially struck by her remarks because I had just watched conservative commentator Mark Levin interview Shelby Steele, a black conservative who had a much different take on racism in America today than Mrs. Obama. ( Like Hanson, Steele is also a senior fellow at Stanford University’s Hoover Institution.) I am reprising a post I had written at the time because the contrast between their perceptions had been so startling to me, and so revealing.

For most people, the biggest takeaway from former First Lady Michelle Obama’s virtual commencement address to the class of 2020 last June was this: “Don’t ever let anyone tell you that you’re too angry.”

Not for me. I hadn’t reached that line in her speech when she uttered something that stopped me in my tracks.

Within 90 seconds, the topic turned to race. Not only have we had to deal with the pandemic, she told graduates, “but also by the rumbling of the age-old fault lines that our country was built on. The lines of race and power that are once again so nakedly exposed for all of us to grapple with.”

With one of the most sour expressions I’ve ever seen, she said, “What’s happening now is the direct result of decades of prejudice and inequality.”

“The truth is, when it comes to all those tidy stories of hard work and self-determination that we like to tell ourselves about America,” she says as she shakes her head to indicate this is a lie, “the reality is a lot more complicated than that. Because for too many people in this country no matter how hard they work, there are structural barriers working against them that just make the road longer and rockier.”

STOP. RIGHT. THERE.

Having just watched a powerful discussion the night before between Fox News’ Mark Levin and Shelby Steele, a Senior Fellow at The Hoover Institution, about this very subject, it struck me she was perpetuating the decades old myth that stands at the center of the racial divide in America today.

This statement is the crux of the problem. By their actions and their words, Democrats have instilled in blacks the notion that they are helpless, and the odds are stacked against them. Like all of the Democrat’s lies, it’s been repeated so often, many blacks firmly believe that no matter how hard they work, the system is rigged against them, and they will never get ahead.

Now, if a parent or a mentor tells a child, continually, that even if they persevere, it will make little difference, the child will have very little incentive to do so. And if that parent or mentor takes it further and says, “But don’t worry. I’ll always make sure you have everything you need,” what little motivation the child may have had will evaporate.

The Democratic Party and black parents, for whom this message is now deeply ingrained, are creating a never-ending cycle of failure.

Shelby Steele, who is black, provided some unique insight into America’s current racial problems.

Steele came of age during the civil rights era in the 1960s and said the biggest difference between then and now is that, back then, everybody knew exactly what they wanted. “Often [it was] a piece of legislation, a civil rights bill or something else that was specific or concrete.”

He speaks of the vagueness of the current protests. “So, what is this really all about?” Steele thinks it’s about power and, “in order to pursue power, as they do, you have to have victims.”

The death of George Floyd, he told Levin, “generates such excitement among this crowd and validates their argument that America is a wretched country. It feeds this old model of operation that we’ve developed, that America is guilty of racism…and has been for four centuries and minorities are victims who are entitled.” Steele continued:

And so, when people start to talk about systemic racism built into the system, what they’re really doing is expanding their territory of entitlement. We want more. We want more…Society is responsible for us because racism is so systemic.

Well, that’s a corruption. And I know it’s a corruption. Because the truth of the matter is that blacks have never been less oppressed than they are today. Opportunity is around every corner.

Blacks, he says, are unhappy that they’re at the bottom of most socioeconomic ladders, but instead of blaming it on the police or anyone else, they need to take a look at themselves. He goes on to say:

Why don’t you take some responsibility for it? Why don’t you take more responsibility? I would be happy to look at all the usual bad guys, the police and so forth, if they have the nerve, the courage, to look at black people…and say, you’re not carrying your own weight, you’re going to go have a fit and a tantrum and demonstrations…

Are you teaching your child to read?  Are you making sure that the school down the street actually educates your child? Are you becoming educated and following a dream in your life and making things happen for yourself? Or are you saying ‘I’m a victim and I’m owed? And the entitlement is inadequate and I need to be given more and after all, you know racism has been here for 400 years…and so, it’s time for you to give to me.’

That’s an exhausted, fruitless, empty strategy to take and we’ve been on that path since the 60s and we are farther behind than we’ve ever been and we keep blaming it on racism and blaming it on the police. I’m exhausted with that.

Steele recalls growing up in the 1950s in Chicago when segregation was “fierce.” No one was taking money from the government. His father, with a third grade education, bought three ramshackle houses, rebuilt them and then rented them out. He “kept clawing his way up.” And he wasn’t unique. They were all working hard. He continued:

“They took a lot of responsibility for their lives because the government didn’t. What civil rights bill is going to replace that? What value system?,” asked Steele.

“And that is the problem. That we have allowed ourselves to be enabled in avoiding our real problems by a guilty white society. That keeps using us and exploiting us as victims,” adding that, “If you really care about how minorities do, why don’t you ask them to do it? Why don’t you ask them to drop the pretense?”

He also believes there’s always going to be some racism in every society. He noted, “My own sense is that it’s endemic to the human condition. We will always have to watch out for it…That is no excuse for us being where we are right now in American life.” Steele explains:

We have let this sort of guilty society and our grievance industry put us in this impossible position where we are a permanent underclass.

White guilt: Buying back legitimacy by exploiting minorities all over again.

‘Look, we beat you up pretty badly. You can’t make it without us…unless WE are the agent of that change. Not you us. So they take over the agency, over black development and say, if you don’t get more government money, more government programs…you will never make it. You are dependent on us and what happens? A grievance industry springs up in black America to receive all that white beneficence.

The civil rights movement does nothing but scream bloody murder at how dependent black people are on what white’s do for them.

Levin noted:

The Democrat party history in many respects is a very evil history…It was the party of the Confederacy, the party of slavery. It was the party, after the Civil War that destroyed Reconstruction. It was the party that spawned and gave birth to the Klan. The party that pushed segregation. It was the party whose members were involved in the Dred Scott decision. The Plessy v. Ferguson decision.

The party up into the 1920s that embraced the racists and the segregationists. It was the party all the way up until the Civil Rights Act, that played serious politics with the racists and the segregationists in the Jim Crowe south…Now there are exceptions.

Steele interrupted to say, “Now, it’s the party of affirmative action. There’s a symbiosis that liberalism is a part of and, where there’s sort of a mutual corruption and you see this in the Democratic Party where you have on the one hand the grievance industry blacks, and you have on the other hand the Pelosi’s of the world who want to be the agents of black uplift. We’re just sort of stuck there. And, of course as always, the group that will pay the price for this stuckness [sic], this stalemate, is blacks. We’ll get farther and farther behind.”

Mrs. Obama’s advice to graduates is to mobilize and become community organizers to bring radical change following the death of George Floyd.

But rather than protesting for more entitlements, why doesn’t she just tell them to work hard in a chosen field and break out of the cycle that continues to keep them stuck? Many blacks have found success in today’s America. The old fashioned way.

That would be a lot more empowering than telling them to go out and protest.

IF SECRETARY OF DEFENSE AUSTIN WANTS TO RID AMERICA OF WHITE SUPREMACISTS – START WITH DEMOCRATS

This is a guest post written by Dr. Joel S. Holmes. It originally appeared on conservative blog AmericaOutLoud.com.

I published this article the day I launched The American Crisis. Traffic was low and it didn’t get quite the exposure it deserved. Now that the site has gained some traction, I’m running it again. It’s an extraordinary piece.

Dr. Holmes is an engineer, previously working in hydropower, antimicrobial electrochemistry, and in non-medical technology helping business and industry to achieve safer surfaces and safer air.

He has written several books on the pandemic and also on Democrat cooperation with Russian efforts to subvert the US political process and the pandemic remediation process.

Light from the past, words of truth from Malcolm X:  “The white liberal is the worst enemy to America and the worst enemy to the black man.”

As Ben Carson spoke to power:  “White liberals are the most racist people there are because they put blacks in a box and insist they think only one way… and if they don’t, they attack them as illegitimate, all the while denying that their policies destroy blacks.”

I must admit that as a historian of military strategy and warfare, I have been a fan of our new Secretary of Defense, General Lloyd Austin, for many years. General Austin led the U.S. Central Command. This is the U.S. Army’s combat arm, not a desk job. His division focused on the hot spots:  Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, and Syria. And he had some amazing successes.

My take: Military hero General Austin, is being manipulated by white liberal political and financial forces. Political forces and financial master race groups are basically tricking him into damaging a leading organization for equality in American life: the U.S. military.

Those doing the manipulation are white liberal white supremacists.

To get to the foundation of what is occurring, we go back to the early 1940s, to the Nazi-occupied country of Hungary. It begins with the rise of Nazism in Germany in 1933 and grew like a cancer to every Nazi-occupied nation in Europe.

A brutal Nazi occupation was destroying various groups of people in Hungary, including the mass-murder of Hungarian military officers. Included in the wiping out of any possible resistance to the Nazi occupiers, Jews were stripped of their rights and property and rights of self-protection.

That Jewish property became very interesting to the Nazi civilian occupiers because confiscated property basically became theirs. Homes, cars, factories which employed thousands, suddenly became, for all practical purposes, personal property of Nazi government officials.

The destruction of the darker colored Jews, which Hitler contrasted to the blond Aryan white liberals, was rapid.

Jewish officers and soldiers in the Hungarian military were hunted and shot down immediately. Jews who owned property were next on the list of white supremacist, white liberal Germans.

A logistical problem faced the German occupiers (civilian administrators of the Nazi regime). They often could not locate all the various properties they wished to steal, particularly Jewish Hungarians, since the owners were dead or in concentration camps. And ownership documents had been destroyed as well.

Therefore, Hungary’s civilian German administrators turned to the very few Jews who would work for them. One of those Jews was a young boy named György Schwartz. Schwartz would accompany a group of German civilian officials, showing them the various estates of the dead or imprisoned Jewish Hungarians.

In an interview many years later in the United States on the 60 Minutes program, Schwartz stated that he felt empowered, like a super-being … to be doing this collaboration work with the Nazis and hiding his Jewish identity by betraying the Jews of Hungary. The interview speaks for itself and can be seen here.

Most people know György Schwartz by the name he took later, George Soros.

Why mention this? Some experts believe that the Nazi ideology, that of the master race… the Nazi methods to overthrow governments … became part of organizations founded by Mr. Soros.

I do not know if this is the case or not. Still, there is no doubt in the mind of some experts, that the propaganda and political methods of Joseph Goebbels, Reich Minister of Propaganda, are at the center of Mr. Soro’s organizations’ activities.

This includes a master race technique, explained and taught by Joseph Goebbels: “Accuse your enemies of what you are actually doing.” In this case, it means accusing the innocent of white supremacy, while those doing the accusing are actually white supremacists (white liberals).

To step forward into this theory, we see that Mr. Soros, his family, and all high-level management in his organization are WHITE.

There is, of course, nothing wrong with this, except if it begins to form a link with the Nazi ideology of the master race, white supremacy. The blond Aryan whites against the dark Slavic peoples. Against the dark tan and brown Jews. Against blacks in particular. Nordic whiteness was supreme in the Nazi ideology and is reflected in the makeup, structure, and beliefs of many white liberal political, business, and media organizations today in the United States.

From Silicon Valley to The Open Society (the organization of György Schwartz), there is white control, white liberal power.

What stands in their way of total control by white liberals and their master race theory?

That would be the U.S. military, which during and since the Second World War has opened an avenue of change and equal opportunity for Black Americans. The army, the U.S. military, became a great leveler, as a great way for Americans of color and various ethnicities to step into the leadership role they earned and deserved.

Therefore to achieve control and full white supremacy, that institution, the military, would have to be destroyed.

Let’s look at examples of who is behind this exactly:

Nancy Pelosi:  white, and her organization is white.
Jack Darcy:  white with white organization
Mark Zuckerberg:  white with white organization
Chuck Schumer:  white with white organization
György Schwartz:  white with white organization
Joe Biden:  white with white organization
Bill Gates:  white with white organization
Democrat Senators:  white (48 of the 50 Democrat senators are white)
Antifa, the paramilitary arm of the Democrats:  white as snow
Silicon Valley Billionaires:  white with white organizations
Marc Elias and Norman L. Eisen:  the white judicial power structure pulling strings through Nazi-like laws which they create and ram down the throat of the innocents.

The Democrat billionaire organizations and political agents are a blizzard – a blinding snowstorm of,  you guessed it – WHITE.

Malcolm X (whom I once met in Chicago as a boy – I was lost on the South Side of the city and he helped me) warned about this in his public statement:

“The worst enemy that the Negro have is this white man that runs around here drooling at the mouth professing to love Negros, and calling himself a liberal, and it is following these white liberals that have perpetuated problems that Negros have. If the Negro wasn’t taken, tricked, or deceived by the white liberal, then Negros would get together and solve our own problems.”

“I only cite these things to show you that in America, the history of the white liberal has been nothing but a series of trickery designed to make Negros think that the white liberal was going to solve our problems. Our problems will never be solved by the white man.”

AMEN

White liberal supremacist groups target who they see as their enemies. These include, for example, the black churches. These churches empower black people. Therefore, just like the U.S. military, the churches must be castrated… the white liberal, white supremacist Democrat, and billionaire power structure can not tolerate the churches or the military, or evidently black people at all.

The abortion policy of the neo-Nazi Democrat white liberal party has murdered 20 million unborn black Americans. Let’s face the truth, neo-Nazi white supremacy is alive and well today in the Democrat billionaire and political class.

In fact, if we are looking for white supremacists today in America, the last place where we will find them is the US military. Therefore the Democrat white liberal, white supremacist power structure has decided the military has to go. And according to some experts, they intend to misuse a person I admire greatly, General Austin, as their tool.

At this point in history, the U.S. military comprises very diverse groups who all function together well and in harmony (except for sexual harassment, which must be stamped out). From a racial perspective, the military is an outstanding leader in our country for equality of opportunity, mutual respect, and multi-racial cooperation.

Therefore, the white liberal, white supremacist power structure, which is in effect a neo-Nazi movement, has decided the military has to be destroyed from within.

And they have manipulated one of our greatest Americans to trick him into carrying out such an act. Such manipulation has occurred many times before in recent history. Nazi deception caused Joseph Stalin to execute basically all of his leading generals before Hitler’s attack by deceiving Stalin into believing that his military was a threat.

Acting at the behest of China and Iran, isn’t it possible that the white supremacist. White liberal Democrat politicians and billionaire groups are doing the same?

Let’s support our new Secretary of Defense, an American hero, for all Americans so that he will see the light. And he will be a leader to work for all Americans, against the evil forces of new Nazi master race elements in the Democrat white liberal billionaire and political power structure.

(Note: There are no suggestions in this post that anyone has committed a crime. In the United States, all people are presumed innocent until and unless proven to be guilty in a court of law. This post aims to expose the evil of master race white liberalism and unite the country to work for all Americans).
